  • "The Best BBQ in Treasure Valley"

    The best BBQ in Treasure Valley can be found at a local food truck, Blue Smoke Craft Barbecue. I've tried a lot of highly rated BBQ joints around town and have been left a little disappointed. I recently stumbled across Blue Smoke Craft Barbecue Food Truck and oh my goodness!!! Their St. Louis Style ribs are succulent, meaty and finger licking good. The ribs are sauced and absolutely delicious. I've tried several sides and the potato salad is one of my favorites. - Diane T.

    Blue Smoke Craft BBQ came to our rescue when we needed something special for my step father’s Celebration Of Life. He loved BBQ, so that was a no brainer. From set up to take down they made sure everything was perfect and we felt loved. The pulled pork was “the best we’ve ever had” (heard amongst the 309 friends that attended. From the amazing sauces to the perfect pickled onions to the famous family secret Mac n cheese… everything was so delicious. And let me tell you about the sweet finale…. Arica’s incredible cookies! Hundreds of them, baked fresh, the day before, with his college colors used with the M&Ms. they even provided to-go bags for the cookies so his friends and family could take one home. BSC BBQ turned a sad moment into a celebration that our step father deserved. We couldn’t have done it without them. Oh, and on a side note… my family and friends are starting to expect holiday colored M&Ms whenever they are offered. They ship… and the packaging makes the perfect gift for someone special.     These dishes are definitely comfort foods and truly taste homemade, without me having to do any work!!! The breakfast burrito is a sight to behold. I ordered it with brisket and it was full of delicious meat. They offer breakfast sandwiches, rib plates, mac & cheese bowls, sides, tacos and desserts. What started as a love for good food and gathering people has grown into a way of serving our community through life’s biggest moments.
